Massage Therapy
Therapeutic massage, tailored to you
Why massage
Massage that works with your chiropractic care
Massage therapy and chiropractic care are natural partners. While an adjustment restores motion and alignment to your spine, massage addresses the soft tissue around it — relaxing muscles that have tightened up, calming trigger points and improving circulation to the areas that need it most.
Many of our patients find that regular massage helps them feel better between adjustments and hold their corrections longer. Every session is customized to you: your therapist will talk through where you hurt, what you do every day and how much pressure is right for your body.
- Ease muscle tension and soreness
- Support and extend your chiropractic adjustments
- Improve circulation and recovery
- Reduce stress and promote relaxation
- Prenatal, sports, deep tissue and lymphatic drainage options
- Personalized pressure and technique for every patient

Prenatal & pregnancy massage
Expecting? Our pregnancy massage table lets you lie face down
Most massage tables leave moms-to-be lying on their side or propped up on pillows. Our specially designed pregnancy massage table has a removable section, so you can lie face down comfortably — with room for the baby to rest — while your therapist works.
That's one of the main reasons expectant mothers from Grand Rapids, Wayland and the surrounding communities choose us for prenatal massage: not many offices have a true pregnancy table.
